These terms govern your use of BlissPOP. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

1. Acceptance of these terms

By creating a Host Account, submitting a wish as a guest, or otherwise using BlissPOP, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. The service

BlissPOP lets a Host create a "Bliss Moment" — a shared page where guests submit a selfie, a short wish and a vibe through a single link, which the Host can then reveal. Features, packages and pricing may change over time.

3. Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create a Host Account.
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account.
You agree to provide accurate information and to verify your email address when asked.

4. Credits & payment

BlissPOP uses credits to create and extend Bliss Moments. Credits are a prepaid balance, not money, and have no cash value.
Credits can be topped up through our payment provider. Prices are shown before you pay.
Creating or extending a Bliss Moment deducts credits from your balance at the rate shown at the time.
Credits are tied to your account and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash.
We may change credit prices or package costs for future purchases; changes do not affect credits you already hold.

5. No refunds

All credit purchases are final and non-refundable. Once credits are added to your account, they cannot be refunded, returned, or exchanged for cash, except where a refund is required by applicable law. Credits already spent to create or extend a Bliss Moment are likewise non-refundable.

If you believe you were charged in error or experienced a technical problem with a payment, contact us at support@blisspop.app and we will look into it.

6. Your content

"Content" means anything you or your guests upload — including photos, names, wishes and vibes. You are responsible for the Content submitted through your Bliss Moments.

You confirm you have the right to upload and share the Content, and that it does not infringe anyone's rights.
If you upload a photo of another person, you confirm you have their permission.
You grant BlissPOP a limited licence to host, process and display the Content for the purpose of running your Bliss Moment.
We do not claim ownership of your Content. It remains yours.
We may remove Content that we reasonably believe breaks these terms or the law.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use BlissPOP to upload or share anything that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, violent, deceptive, or that infringes others' rights, and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service. We may suspend or remove access for breaches.

8. Bliss Moment validity

Each Bliss Moment is active for a limited validity period shown at creation, which can be extended using credits up to a maximum period. After a Bliss Moment expires, it and its Content may no longer be accessible and may be deleted in line with our retention practices. Please save any keepsakes you want to keep before expiry.

9. Intellectual property

BlissPOP, its name, logo, design, and software are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer the service except as allowed by law.

10. Disclaimers

BlissPOP is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that Content will always be available. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BlissPOP and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for loss of Content, profits, or data arising from your use of the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Termination

You may stop using BlissPOP and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or where required by law. Credits associated with a terminated account for cause are non-refundable.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date. Continuing to use BlissPOP after changes means you accept the updated terms.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and you agree to the jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts, subject to any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
